2Derma Gold PTT

2Derma Gold PTT is Simfle-Stick's photothermal-care product using gold microparticles. Instructions describe care for sebum-associated acne, with topical particles in pores converting light to heat. Application, delivery and suitable light exposure are planned for actual skin.

Topical gold particles absorb light and convert it to heat. We assess sebum, acne, heat tolerance and irritation. This does not mean permanent sebaceous-gland removal or prevention of recurrence.

Gold microparticles act as light-responsive material. Topical application/delivery, surface residue management and light exposure each require checks. Product name alone does not determine light type or energy settings.

“Topical” does not mean the light procedure is free of irritation or risk. Heat is applied, requiring eye protection, response monitoring and use according to instructions.

Checking concerns and suitability

We assess acne type, inflammation and barrier, also reviewing the role of medication and other care.

Explaining product and light plans separately

We check the Gold PTT product and preparation/delivery, then separately confirm light compatibility with instructions. Clinicians verify and explain the actual device, method and settings.

Safety checks and follow-up guidance

We check gold/metal/alcohol sensitivity, medications, photosensitivity, previous treatment and local metal implants, planning eye protection, residue management and response monitoring.

1. We assess skin, product/light suitability, sensitivity and health history.
2. We check preparation, application, delivery and safety steps such as eye protection.
3. We check surface residue and response before the planned light application.
4. We explain reactions and daily care and monitor progress.

Redness, heat, dryness or irritation may vary with light and response. Obtain cooling, moisturizing and sunscreen guidance suited to actual response; contact us for worsening heat or pain.

Do not stop medication or other acne treatment yourself; discuss it with us. Intervals consider actual recovery as well as product guidance.

• Disclose allergies or hypersensitivity to gold, metals or alcohol beforehand.
• Disclose medications, photosensitivity, conditions affecting infection/wound healing, metal implants in the area and previous treatments.
• Protect eyes from contact. Application, delivery, residue removal and light exposure follow product instructions and the clinician's plan.
• For worsening pain, heat or swelling, blisters or weeping, contact the clinic without increasing intensity or adding products yourself.
