Stylage is VIVACY's French HA filler. HA is stabilized into gel for hollows, wrinkles, volume and contour.

IPN-Like adjusts elasticity and viscosity by product. Specific Stylage properties differ, allowing selection for support, softness and desired change.

Products selected for desired changes

A hollow needing defined support and thin skin needing soft transitions require different fillers. Stylage varies firmness/softness by product for desired changes.

Natural movement with expression

Natural appearance during smiling/talking matters as well as at rest. We assess thickness and movement, restoring needed volume while considering overall balance.

Considering formulation and injection tools

Mannitol considers HA stability; Bi-SOFT aids injection control. Recovery swelling/bruising vary with area, amount and individual response.

IPN-Like Technology

The technology interlocks crosslinked HA structures to adjust elasticity, viscosity and cohesion. Elasticity is recovery after pressure, viscosity is flow/spread behavior, cohesion is the gel's tendency to hold together.

Properties by product

Gel properties include firmness and flexibility. The same amount can produce different shapes by properties and placement. Product selection follows skin and goals rather than fixing one brand per area.

What does mannitol do?

Mannitol is a sugar alcohol found in fruit and vegetables. Intravenously, its osmotic action is also used to reduce cerebral edema and intracranial pressure.

It has a different role in filler: an antioxidant helping reduce free-radical HA damage. The composition considers ingredient protection alongside volume.

Bi-SOFT Syringe

A syringe designed for comfortable clinician grip and control through contact materials and weight balance. It aids precise dose control; it is not an ingredient name.

Stylage is designed to maintain volume through a stable HA gel structure. Depending on product and purpose, it may last up to about 18 months.

Swelling, bruising, tenderness and temporary asymmetry may occur. Swelling affects early shape, so progress guides correction. Duration varies by specific product, technique and individual.

Avoid strong pressure or self-massage; follow instructions. Disclose history, allergies and medications. Nodules, delayed inflammation, infection and vascular occlusion may occur.

Contact the clinic immediately if your skin becomes pale white or develops a purple, net-like pattern with worsening pain. For sudden vision changes, slurred speech or weakness in an arm or leg, call 119 or seek emergency care immediately, and also notify the clinic.
