How WayB Clinic handles information on this website.

Scope
This policy covers website booking requests and website operation. Clinical records are managed separately in Doctor Palette under applicable clinical-record retention requirements.
Privacy enquiries and your rights

Notice on the Collection and Use of Personal Information
WayB Clinic uses the following information to process booking requests, check appointment dates and times, and provide booking information. Required: Name, telephone number, and preferred appointment date and time. Optional: Date of birth, treatments of interest, selected items, consultation preference, how you heard about the clinic, and additional requests.
Booking information is sent to the Doctor Palette booking system for the clinic's booking services. Cloudflare services support website operation, security checks, and request processing. Details of processing outside Korea associated with Cloudflare's global services are provided in the Privacy Policy. The website booking storage does not retain the original text of your name, telephone number, date of birth, or requests. Operational records, including the request reference, processing status, consent confirmation, and checks against duplicate requests and misuse, are automatically deleted within 120 days of submission. This limit applies to the active storage. Disaster-recovery history from before deletion may remain for up to 30 additional days under the service's backup policy. Clinical records are managed separately in Doctor Palette and follow the retention requirements of applicable law. The website operational-record limit of 120 days does not apply to clinical records.
Booking-related texts or notifications may be sent according to the clinic's settings. This is not consent to receive marketing messages. Do not enter health conditions, medical history, or test results in the request field. Discuss them with a clinician during your visit. You may refuse consent. If you refuse, you cannot submit a booking request through this website, but telephone enquiries remain available. Privacy enquiries or withdrawal of consent: +82-2-6404-8880.
Booking services and international processing
Booking requests are sent to the clinic’s Doctor Palette booking system. Cloudflare, Inc. provides website hosting, delivery, booking operational-data storage and security checks. Booking information is not sold or provided for advertising.
Cloudflare is headquartered in the United States and operates a global network. Web requests may pass through that network, and service metadata may be processed in the United States, Europe and other locations. We do not represent that processing or storage occurs only in Korea. Network transfers occur when you access the website, request a booking or complete a security check. Information may include request content, IP address, browser information, security checks and booking operational data. You can decline booking consent and contact the clinic by telephone.
Browser storage and external services
Intro playback preferences and selected items may use sessionStorage or browser storage. The booking controller avoids persistent browser storage of your name, phone number and requests. You can delete site data in your browser. Maps, external fonts and YouTube videos may connect to their providers. External consultation and social-media services have their own privacy policies.
Retention, deletion and safeguards
Operational records are automatically cleared after their retention period; restored records are checked against the same limit. We use restricted staff access, HTTPS and limited operational storage with duplicate-request prevention. This booking form does not collect payments, deposits or marketing consent.
