What are fillers?

Fillers are injectable treatments that fill hollows and enhance facial volume and contours. WayB uses hyaluronic acid fillers and plans treatment by considering the area you want to address and its flow into the surrounding contours.

We assess front and side views and movement with expression, then choose the product and amount for your desired degree of change. Products within a brand have different properties, so selection is based on the specific product used.

From raw-material purity to gel-property design, factors that may cause inflammation or hypersensitivity are considered for reduction. Natural-looking volume supports facial harmony and beauty that suits you.

What is a core–shell structure?

A design using inner and outer gels with different characteristics, balancing volume support and soft integration with surrounding tissue. These characteristics are called gel properties.

Raw materials and product differences

REJUVIEL uses pharmaceutical-grade hyaluronic acid from HTL, France. Products differ in firmness and flexibility within the brand, allowing selection for thickness and needed volume.

What do you consider for natural-looking filler?

To assess facial balance, we consider both the volume of an area and its surrounding contours. We examine differences between sides from the front, profile transitions and movement with expression, and discuss the degree of change you want.

Skin thickness, the location and type of existing filler, and the relative contribution of hollowness and sagging also affect the plan. We select the product, amount and depth for the required scope, then assess recovery before deciding whether further correction is needed.

How is the treatment performed?

  1. Assessment · Design: We assess your area of concern, overall proportions, expressions and previous treatments. We may refer to EVE MUSE analysis when needed.
  2. Product · Volume Plan: We select the specific product and treatment scope based on your desired changes and skin condition.
  3. Anesthesia · Injection: We choose anesthesia and an injection method suited to the area, then inject small amounts at the planned depth.
  4. Check · Guidance: We check asymmetry and movement with expression, then explain recovery and the timing of reassessment.

Recovery & Precautions

Swelling, bruising, tenderness and temporary asymmetry may occur, and recovery varies between individuals. Avoid firm pressure or self-directed massage of the area, and follow the aftercare instructions. Tell us about previous treatments, allergies, medications and important upcoming events during your consultation.

Nodules, delayed inflammation and infection can occur, as can complications such as vascular occlusion.

Signs that require immediate help

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a core–shell structure?

A design using inner and outer gels with different characteristics, balancing volume support and soft integration with surrounding tissue. These characteristics are called gel properties.

Can it be dissolved if I do not like it?

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be adjusted with a dissolving enzyme. However, a full return to your pretreatment appearance cannot be guaranteed, and the enzyme itself carries risks, so the decision follows a medical assessment.

Can I add filler over filler from another clinic?

We first check the type of existing product and where and when it was injected. We assess remaining filler and your current condition before deciding on further treatment.

What should I discuss at a filler design consultation?

Tell us which area concerns you most, how much change you want and which aspects of your appearance you want to preserve. Reviewing differences from the front, in profile and with expression helps make the plan more specific.
